Are There Villas in Greater Noida That Are Conceptually Similar To Nirvana Country In Gurgaon?

Is there a Builder which is building in a similar concept like Nirvana in Greater Noida,
  • as I am looking for a Villa with all the features of a Flat available ( like Security, Water. Power Backup , Pool etc..)

By running behind people like this you are trying to scare away people from this site. Its doesn't matter what he/she is writing on this site. People are intelligent enough to make their own decisions. By writing 2/3 posts no one can manipulate the market.
You going to kill this site by being over possesive.

BTW, whats the purpose of this site. To further your interests or the interest of the readers.

If later is getting benefitted then future of this site and yours is bright.

you have done a good job till now...  putting together a site is not a big deal specially if all the content is contributed by the readers themselves.

Why do you want to live in a place (UP) with a really bad law and order situation?

Compare this: You are looking for Singapore-like housing in Bihar.

Dont Try living in Singapore except on Orchard Road ...

Bihar is much better Than Living in Singapore as most of the Towers are 30-50 Floors high and crammpped

Nirvana villas have no takers (none / 0) (#1)

The nirvana villas prices are crashing like nobody business. Dig deep and u will find 240 duplex for 50 Lacs which will crash even further in 6 months.And these wre quoted 80+ a few months ago .

The place is a dust strom and anyone living there needs to be able to breath dust not air.

Just have a site visit and it does not look temporary. Construction will go on for years and years.

I appreciate your concern about Nirvana residents that they will be subjected to breathe dust not oxygen.My estimate is approximately 5000 masks and equal number of Oxygen cylinders will be then required to cater for the needs of the Nirvana residents.
I understand that you at the moment are not in a position to buy a villa in Nirvana.
My advise to you and only you - will be to set up a buisness for the masks etc. Once you made reasonable  amount of profit (which may take up to 200 years and provided that you are still alive)you will then certainly afford a villa in Nirvana. Untill then have patience.

For others- "Nirvana is extremely popular and a flagship project from Unitech. This has a vast potential to be one of the best addresses in Gurgaon".

If you are suggesting that there are no takers for high end property in Gurgaon anymore then I'd take that this place is doomed real estate wise.
Do you think anybody will bite this statement ?
I dont think so. Temporary correction and a long term downslide have different fundamental basis.
If you are betting for the second then you souldn't be buying at all IMHO.

I was pproached For 240 Simplex in Birchcourt for 68L and then 240 Duplex for 80 lac...Luckily I did not buy ...now I am getting the same 240 Duplex for 66Lac ..yes 240 Duplex for 66Lac

I am waiting for another 1-2 months so I can get 240 Duplex for around 58-60Lac

Sorry for the above prices for 240 Duplex...it is 76 Lac... not 66 lacs....

I am just hoping they would come down in 60's

Could anyone give me a decent idea as to what would be the likely average price for a 240 duplex in Aspen , Birch or deerwood . I beleive it is around 65 lakhs and one does not have to go very far to find seller at that price. But do you think that once can settle the entire amount in white . What is the usual black
