Raheja Developers Office Gheraoed By Aggrieved Customers Of Atharva, Navodaya, And Vedaanta

On the afternoon of December 20, 2008 many customers who feel cheated by Navin Raheja led Raheja Developers gheraoed the Saket, New Delhi, office of the Builder. They were not satisfied by the offer to meet Mr. Harinder Dhillon, GM Marketing, as his assurances have so far proved to be hollow, and the customers suspect that he has not been transmitting their concerns faithfully to Mr. Navin Raheja.

The aggrieved customers who have numerous issues regarding misrepresentation, coercion, lack of approvals, etc about the projects of Rahejas, namely Atharva, Vedaanta, and Navodaya insisted on meeting the Managing Director himself and no one else. They finally obtained written assurance from the builder that Mr. Navin Raheja will make himself available on Monday, December 22, 2008 at 5 pm to answer the numerous questions.

We will update this story with the signed memorandum of the customers soon.

What we have to do now regarding Raheja Vedaanta. How we all could group together. Raheja is sending payment reminders one after another without any progress at the works.

What is the status now, They have send a letter charging interest for the 6 th instalment. Which they said they will not charge till there is substantial progress.
What is the status now. Is it worth continuing

why people doing all this against developer who has only  started construction in new master plan. I think we should take action against  this site who creating this issue knowingly. I think owner of this site sould be sent behind bars. he playing with 2000 people who have invested money in raheja developers.

i need to sell my apartment in Raheja Vedaanta , are their any options , the builder says they will forfeit the amount of 15%. Anybody can help me with the exit options .

Hi, is there any update on the Vedanta construction, I drove over the other day, and the boudnary walls are up, they are presently digging up the ground for the flats, pumping out the ground water using borewells to reduce the water table and the cieling of the sample flat was about to be laid.

dear Mr Sanjay,

you deserve a lot of credit to stand by your customers.

BPTP on sec 66 gurgaon project has done a similar murky affair.

 - showed the wrong plot
 - increased the area and price
 - no saction of plans
Would need your advice on how to bring together the similar sufferes and demand and cancellation of the booking and refund.

as usual the broket Image Associates is of no help.

Will really appreciate your help.

It is sad to see how some people treat the customers who made them big by having  faith in them. I wonder if we are mature people in general. Just yesterday we were extolling the business skills of people like Naveen Raheja and going gaga over his interviews of Zee News and CNBC Awaaz, now suddenly he is biggest villain and cheat in the town.

I am really waiting to find out what finally happened in the meeting with Mr. Navin Raheja & Customers. I am also Navodaya Customer but since I live out of country so I am just not aware of what is going on but it looks that there are problems. I would appreciate if somebody can let me know how is Raheja handling Customers as well as these issues?
