Why Isn't Vipul Handing Over Its "Vipul Greens" Flat I Booked in 2004?

Hi,

I had booked a flat in VIPUL GREEN in 2004 (tower 4) and till date haven't got the posssesion of same. I have spoken to few people in VIPUL but they are rude to say the least.

I'm sure other people also would be facing a similar problem since in Tower 1 -5 the building work is going on and wanted to jointly approach VIPUL so that we could get the handover of our flats ASAP.

Nobody from Vipul is ready to take calls. Abhijit Sadhu who was handling marketing has moved to other projects. There is no communication. Not sure if Vipul is going to pay the Rs 10 per sq ft penalty per month in case of delays. Considering the delivery date of June 2006 it in itself is a substantial amount.

Maybe it is time to sell off and move on. Difficult to get a response from them.

We must be knowledgeable about our properties ownership titles and acquisitions. Once economic 'recovery' finally is underway (capitalist economies constantly react to circumstances, thus are dynamic not static, and can't technically recover because there is no true status quo) the first thing that's going to happen is that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates.  If you're looking for mortgages or large loans of any kind, get it now before the federal funds rate gets raised, which is going to affect all credit markets.  There will also be an increase in the cost of goods and services - everything from oil, breakfast cereal to payday loans.  The rise in rates might be negligible, but it will happen.

i bought a piece of land in vipul world more than 3 years back and although the date of delivery was beginning of 2009, nothing has happened.
The last time i tried to get a status the guy in charge flatly refused to speak to me and dared me to do anything about it!!!! ...not the kind of builder civilised people can or should deal with.

Thanks for your listing of woes in delaing with Vipul - thanks to your listing I will never invest in a Vipul property - builders like this should be penalised by the government and the courts.
